Roles and Permissions

Antenna offers four roles with different levels of access to pages and settings. Every enterprise member has exactly one role, which an Admin assigns in Settings > App Users.

Contributor (Default): Contributors have read-only access. They can view group-level reporting and their own My Data page. They can’t view data about other contributors, create comparisons, or see financial information. They also can’t view or manage identities, roles, integrations, or billing.

Manager: Managers can view most reports and can view data for contributors they have access to. They can’t view Comparisons, create groups, invite users, or assign roles.

Director: Directors can perform all of the actions that Managers can perform. They can also view Comparisons and manage the identity data reporting is built on — identities, accounts, and groups, including each group’s cost per contributor.

Admin: Admins have full access across all pages and settings. They can manage app users and roles, objectives, experiments, baselines and costs, integrations, and enterprise-level controls.

Group Access

By default, users can access all groups. You can assign groups to further limit what each user can view and manage.

Group assignment applies to Contributors, Managers, and Directors. Admins always have access to every group.

• Assigned members can only filter by and view data for the groups they are assigned to.
• Assigned members see only their assigned groups and can’t view another member’s group access.

Group access pairs well with automatic manager groups, which cascade through your reporting structure: a manager’s group includes their direct reports and everyone in their reports’ own manager groups. Assigning a manager their own group therefore grants access to their direct and indirect reports and updates automatically as reporting lines change. See Groups for details.
