Windsurf

Software.com automatically tracks AI coding metrics directly from Windsurf’s APIs, giving you insight into adoption, activity, and the impact of Windsurf on your team’s productivity.

Prerequisites

• You must be an admin in your Windsurf team account
• Individual Level Analytics must be enabled in your Windsurf settings

Setup

1. Navigate to Windsurf Team Settings 
2. Scroll to Service Key Configuration and click Configure
3. Generate a service key and copy it
4. Navigate to Settings > Connected Apps in your Software.com account
5. Find Windsurf and click Connect
6. Paste your service key
7. Click Connect

Enable Individual Level Analytics

To ensure Software.com can collect detailed analytics data:

1. Navigate to Windsurf Team Settings 
2. Scroll to Individual Level Analytics
3. Toggle the setting to enable it

Without Individual Level Analytics enabled, Software.com will not be able to track detailed usage metrics for your groups and team members.
