Initial Setup
Antenna is fast and highly automated. Work through the checklist below to get set up and start seeing your data.
Prerequisite — security approval. Review and download our security and compliance docs from the Trust Center to get sign-off from your security or procurement team.
Sign up
Create your account at app.antenna.dev/signup .
Create your enterprise
Set up your enterprise at app.antenna.dev/enterprises/new .
Invite your team
Add teammates from Settings > Members > Invite Member, and assign each member a role. See Roles and Permissions for what each role can access.
Connect data sources
Connect your Git provider, project tracker, and AI tools from Settings > Sources. Follow the setup guide for each tool you use:

Enrich and merge identities
Give each contributor a complete, single identity across your tools. In Settings > Identities:
- Enrich your identities with team, manager, department, and other details. Connect Okta Directory to keep these details in sync automatically, or upload a CSV.
- Merge duplicate identities so each contributor is represented once across Git, project tracker, and AI tool accounts.
Set up comparisons
Organize your contributors into groups, then compare them to benchmark investments like AI tools, offshore, and outsourcing.
- Autosync groups to create automatic groups from identity attributes such as team, department, location, and manager. Membership stays up to date as identities change.
- Create custom groups for segments that aren’t captured by identity attributes. See Manual Groups.
Once your groups are in place, open Comparisons and create a comparison.
Optional setup
Depending on how you use Antenna, you may also want to:
- Configure deployments. Review and validate your deployment methods to track deployment metrics accurately.
