✨ Prorated 'Per Developer' Metrics for In-Progress Period

We’ve refined how our “per developer” metrics are calculated for in-progress periods to provide a more accurate forecast of your team’s performance.

Previously, metrics for the current period could appear deflated because they weren’t adjusted for time. Now, we prorate these values by dividing them by the percentage of the period that has been completed. For example, if your New Deliveries per Developer is 10 halfway through a quarter, the prorated value will now show 20, giving a more accurate projection of the final outcome.

This change applies to normalized productivity metrics:

• New Deliveries per Developer
• Deployments per Developer

Total value metrics like Total Deliveries and Total Deployments are not affected, as they are not normalized. This enhancement ensures you have a clearer, more predictive understanding of team performance as the period unfolds.
