✨ ADO Pull Request Comments

We’ve refined how Time to First Review is measured for Azure DevOps pull requests.

Some historical comments were not being counted toward the first review timestamp. The first review timestamp now includes all timeline reviews and comments so that your Lead Time for Azure DevOps will reflect first review more accurately.

You may see a small shift in your Time to Review, Time to Approve, and Lead Time metrics for Azure DevOps as historical data is recalculated.
