Git Users

We use Git users — any member of your organization on GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket — to calculate your organization's size. Collaborators outside your organization are excluded. 

Our pricing plans are based on the number of Git users in your organization, sometimes known as seats used or assigned seats in your Git provider. You pay for the same number of seats used in your Git provider as you pay for your organization on Software.com. 

We automate and track KPIs for your entire organization based on data from all users in your Git provider. Our platform provides helpful insights for team members involved in many different stages of product delivery, including product and engineering managers. 

You can also invite additional team members from other departments — such as operations, strategy, and finance — to your organization on Software.com at no extra cost.
