Deployment Run Time

DEFINITION

Deployment run time is the average time for a deployment run to complete. This metric helps you understand the efficiency of a final step in the release process: the time required for your team’s automated workflows to build, test, and deploy your changes.

HOW IT’S MEASURED

We auto-detect deployments for each repository using hooks from your Git provider when possible, but you can also manually assign specific workflows as production deployments for each repository. You can learn how to configure deployments here.
